Minimalist Destination Wedding - Quinta de Cabanas

Caroline and Hudson live in Denmark, but they chose Portugal to say “I do.” They met in Ireland, built a life together in Northern Europe, and decided to bring together their closest friends and family in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the country: Quinta de Cabanas, overlooking the Douro River.

Their wedding was intimate, with a minimalist and elegant aesthetic that perfectly reflected the couple’s personality. The ceremony was led by the bride’s father, making the moment deeply personal and unique. At the end, her grandfather stepped up to offer a final blessing — a symbolic gesture that moved everyone present and beautifully connected three generations.
